Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to handle personal injury cases and provide high-quality legal representation.
This role involves managing case strategies, advising clients, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients throughout the litigation process.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a client-focused approach, and a proven track record in personal injury law.
Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements

Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

Develop and execute effective case strategies

Collaborate with legal teams, including paralegals and support staff
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the relevant state

Minimum 5+ years of experience in personal injury or related legal practice

Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proven negotiation and litigation experience
