Job Title: Senior Auditor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Auditor to oversee and perform audit engagements across a diverse client base.

This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, evaluating internal controls, and providing valuable insights to improve financial and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will also mentor junior team members and support overall audit quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage audit engagements from start to completion

• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of audit documentation

• Mentor and guide junior auditors and support staff

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve audit-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of auditing experience, preferably in a CPA firm environment

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or progress toward certification

• Experience working with diverse industries such as government, nonprofit, or financial institutions
