We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and management of complex electrical engineering projects across multiple industries, including healthcare, municipal, and higher education facilities. The ideal candidate will lead electrical design activities, mentor junior engineers, and oversee project execution from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Lead electrical engineering projects through all phases of development
Coordinate with clients, project teams, and contractors
Develop electrical system designs, technical specifications, and construction documents
Review and approve work completed by junior electrical engineers
Design & Documentation
Prepare and review electrical drawings including layouts, single-line diagrams, sections, elevations, and details
Conduct site visits, meetings, and project management activities
System Analysis
Perform electrical system analysis including arc flash, short circuit, and coordination studies
Contract & Compliance
Support contract bidding, administration, and on-site project coordination
Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering and design challenges
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
Areas of Expertise
Low, Medium, and High Voltage Distribution Systems
Substations, Switchgear, and Protective Relaying
Emergency Power and Lighting Systems
Grounding and Lightning Protection
Electrical Equipment Maintenance & Testing
Electrical System Modeling and Analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience in a consulting or design environment
Strong knowledge of electrical system design and construction practices
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with SKM and/or ETAP software
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)
Experience mentoring junior engineers
Experience working on healthcare, municipal, or educational facility projects
