- A leading civil engineering firm headquartered in Houston, Texas, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join its Mega Projects Group.
- This role involves providing engineering and consulting services on complex, large-scale developments including data centers, LNG facilities, giga factories, and space launch sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical proposals and cost estimates.
- Execute geotechnical engineering project assignments from concept through completion.
- Manage and coordinate geotechnical field investigations and laboratory testing programs.
- Perform engineering analyses including foundation design, settlement analysis, slope stability, and ground improvement evaluations.
- Prepare comprehensive geotechnical engineering reports and technical documentation.
- Mentor and supervise engineering and technical support staff.
- Ensure project quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s preferred).
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience with deep foundation systems and working knowledge of PDCA (Pile Driving Contractors Association) standards and best practices, intermediate level or higher preferred.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
