Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a growing engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing structural engineering projects across a variety of building types, including commercialeducationalhealthcareresidential, and industrial facilities.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Design

  • Design structural systems using steelreinforced concretewood, and

masonry

  • Prepare structural calculations, design documents, specifications, and construction drawings

  • Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, industry standards, and engineering best practices

Project Management

  • Manage multiple structural engineering projects from concept through construction

  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams

Client & Team Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff

  • Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and construction coordination

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with localstate, and

national building codes

  • Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering or a related field (required)

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) (required)

  • Experience designing structures using:

    • Steel
    • Reinforced Concrete
    • Wood
    • Masonry
  • Strong knowledge of structural engineering principlesbuilding codes, and

construction practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership or project management experience

  • Experience working on commercialeducationalhealthcareresidential, and

industrial building projects

  • Proficiency with structural analysis and

design software
