Job Title: Trust and Estates Paralegal

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Trust and Estates Paralegal to support attorneys in estate and trust administration.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.
This role involves working closely with legal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient administration of estates and trusts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in estate and trust administration, including preparation of probate court forms, inventories, and accountings

Support preparation of estate and trust-related tax documentation

Gather and organize financial and asset information for case processing

Coordinate asset distribution and account management activities

Communicate with clients regarding timelines, documentation, and updates

Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure efficient case handling

Liaise with external parties to collect financial and tax-related information
Qualifications
Education
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
- Trust and estate administration, or
- Financial services (e.g., banking, accounting), or
Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of financial documents and reports

Basic knowledge of estate and trust processes

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
