Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a well-established, multi-physician practice in the Baltimore metro area. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a mature practice with immediate patient volume, replacing a retiring physician. The role offers a collaborative clinical environment, access to advanced surgical technologies, and strong support staff, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of urological conditions, including prostate, bladder, and kidney diseases

• Perform surgical procedures including minimally invasive and open techniques

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Contribute to the continued growth and clinical excellence of the practice

Practice Details

• Established group of

4 physicians supported by 3 Physician Assistants

• 1:4 call schedule with PA support on weekends

• Access to state-of-the-art surgical technologies, including robotic systems

• Strong referral network and consistent patient volume

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Experience in managing a wide spectrum of urological disorders

• Training in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery preferred
