We are inviting a skilled physician to join a well-established, multi-physician practice in the Baltimore metro area. This is a unique opportunity to step into a mature practice with immediate patient volume, replacing a retiring physician.

We are looking for a clinician who excels in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery and values a collaborative work environment. With a 1:4 call schedule and dedicated PA support, this role offers an exceptional balance between high-quality patient care and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a Urologist with our practice, you will provide comprehensive care while contributing to the growth of our department:

Clinical Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of urological conditions, including prostate health, bladder dysfunction, kidney stones, and oncology.

Surgical Excellence: Perform complex surgical procedures utilizing minimally invasive techniques, laparoscopy, and robotic-assisted surgery.

Patient Care: Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their options, ensuring a compassionate patient experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Practice Growth: Leverage the established referral network to maintain and grow your patient panel.

Practice Details

Team Structure: Join a stable group of 4 physicians supported by 3 mid-level providers (Physician Assistants).

Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation with PA support on weekends to protect your personal time.

Facilities: Access to modern outpatient clinics and hospitals equipped with the latest surgical technologies.

Coverage: Multiple practice locations across the Baltimore region.

Required Qualifications

Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Licensure: Active (or eligible) medical license in the state of Maryland.

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.

Experience: Training or experience in general urology; proficiency in robotic surgery is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong clinical judgment, surgical skills, and excellent bedside manner.
