Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee and enhance our volunteer engagement programs.

This role is critical in ensuring effective volunteer participation while aligning engagement strategies with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise with strong people leadership to create impactful and meaningful volunteer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term volunteer engagement strategy aligned with organizational objectives

• Oversee day-to-day volunteer operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and a positive experience

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing volunteer engagement team

• Build and maintain partnerships with community groups and corporate organizations

• Design programs that encourage volunteer retention, advocacy, and community involvement

• Integrate volunteer efforts with operational processes for maximum impact

• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or program leadership

• Strong leadership and team

management skills

• Ability to think strategically while managing operational complexities

• Experience working with data, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations

• Background in managing large-scale volunteer programs
