Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, warehouse operations experience, and the ability to maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating warehouse staff, monitoring inventory accuracy, optimizing workflow processes, and ensuring timely fulfillment of operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and

shipping

• Ensure materials and products are stored safely and efficiently

• Monitor warehouse workflow to maximize productivity and operational efficiency

Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory control processes and maintain accurate inventory records

• Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and

stock reconciliations

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities as needed

Shipping & Receiving

• Supervise receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments

• Coordinate order picking, packing, and

shipping activities

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and internal orders

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and support warehouse personnel

• Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce warehouse safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Conduct routine safety inspections and address potential hazards

• Ensure proper use of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Required Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience (required)

• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience (required)

• Experience with inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes (required)

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday

• Ability to lift and move materials as required

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying conditions
