Key Responsibilities
Legal Document Preparation
Prepare and manage legal documents related to wills, trusts, and estate planning
Assist attorneys with case preparation and administrative support
File & Case Management
Maintain and organize case files and documentation
Manage schedules, deadlines, and task prioritization
Communication & Administration
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members
Perform general administrative duties to support legal operations
Required Qualifications
Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of legal document preparation
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
