Job Title: Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney – Injured Worker Representation
Full-Time | On-Site
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to join a growing legal team. This role involves managing a caseload of workers' compensation matters, representing injured workers, negotiating settlements, and handling litigation-related activities.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of workers' compensation experience on either the applicant or defense side. Newly licensed attorneys with a strong interest in workers' compensation law are also encouraged to apply – training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Case Management
- Manage an assigned caseload of
workers' compensation matters
- Represent clients throughout all stages of
workers' compensation proceedings

Conduct legal research and case analysis

Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and correspondence

Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and
settlement conferences
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable client outcomes
Client & Team Collaboration

Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and legal strategies

Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff

Ensure compliance with legal procedures, deadlines, and ethical standards
