Key Responsibilities

CAD Drawing & Design

Prepare CAD drawings for civil engineering and land development projects

Provide drafting support for survey work and site development plans

Assist in the production of survey, permit, and construction drawings

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure project accuracy and timelines

Maintain and follow established CAD standards and procedures

Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements

Ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Experience

2–4 years of experience in civil and survey drafting, preferably in land development

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong understanding of site development and survey drafting practices

Core Competencies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Good communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

Preferred Skills

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, surveyors, project managers)
