Job Title:  Civil Engineer – Project Manager (PE Required)

Full-time | On-site / Office-based

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Civil Engineer – Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of civil engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience in municipal engineeringwater resources, and site development.

This role involves overseeing project delivery, managing teams, and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution

  • Oversee project delivery including preparation of

reports, correspondence, applications, plans, and specifications

Design & Technical Oversight

  • Design and review projects related to municipal infrastructurewater resources, and

land/site development

  • Work on road designgradingstormwater management, and

utility systems

  • Ensure compliance with applicable

codes, standards, and regulatory requirements

Team Management & Mentorship

  • Supervise, mentor, and manage junior engineers and technical staff

  • Participate in plan reviews, submissions, and approval processes

Client & Business Development

  • Support client relationship management and

business development activities

Required Qualifications

Education

Licensure

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in

civil engineering

  • Strong experience in municipal engineeringwater resources, and

site development

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software

  • Knowledge of

local/state regulations, codes, and permitting processes
