Job Title: Certified Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Litigation Focus

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and certified Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a litigation-focused legal practice.
This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on all phases of case management.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling substantive legal work with minimal supervision.
If you have 5+ years of litigation experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a passion for supporting attorneys from intake through trial preparation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Support
- Manage and support cases from initial intake through
trial preparation
- Coordinate attorney calendars, deadlines, hearings, mediations, and client consultations
Legal Document Preparation
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents including
pleadings, discovery, and affidavits
File & Document Management
- Maintain and manage case files and
document management systems
Communication & Coordination

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and external professionals

Assist attorneys in case strategy, preparation, and execution
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a
litigation-based legal environment
Certification
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel
- Experience with document management systems
