Clinic Medical Director (Veterinary)

We are redefining primary and urgent veterinary care and seeking a strong clinical leader to drive this mission. As the Clinic Medical Director, you will have the autonomy to shape clinic culture, influence clinical standards, and contribute to the continued growth of our care model. You will practice high-quality medicine while leading and mentoring a high-performing medical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Lead Veterinarian on the clinic floor, setting the standard for patient care.

• Implement clinical protocols, oversee quality assurance, and ensure top-tier patient care.

• Mentor, train, and empower veterinarians and nurses to advance their careers.

• Foster a collaborative, supportive environment where both pets and staff thrive.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Required:  DVM/VMD degree, licensed and in good standing in Colorado.

• Required:  5+ years of clinical experience, including leadership or mentorship experience.

• Required:  Strong organizational, strategic, and team-building skills with a visionary mindset.

• Preferred (Bonus):  Experience and enthusiasm for performing surgeries and dentals.

• Technical Skills:  Primary care, urgent care, pre-visit triage, quality assurance.

Benefits:

• $150,000–$180,000 base salary + ProSal model (high production rate, no negative accrual)
