Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee and lead rehabilitation services within a healthcare setting.
The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing rehabilitation staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting operational and financial performance.
This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. If you are a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), or other rehabilitation professional with leadership experience – and you are ready to lead a therapy department – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Patient Care

Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department and ensure high-quality patient care

Manage therapy service scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress

Review and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
Financial & Performance Management

Analyze operational, financial, and productivity reports to support department performance

Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient outcome data, billing records, and
statistical reports
Staff Leadership & Development
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate rehabilitation staff across multiple therapy disciplines
Compliance & Collaboration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures
