Key Responsibilities
Litigation Management

Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
Discovery & Case Preparation

Conduct legal research and analysis

Manage discovery processes including depositions, interrogatories, and document review
Court & Client Interaction
- Attend
hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
Qualifications
Education
Experience
- 2–5 years of litigation experience
Licensure
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
