Work Mode:  Fully Remote

Compensation Structure:  Hourly Compensation Based on Experience | Additional Contingency Fee Opportunities on Eligible Matters

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join a growing legal practice as Of Counsel or Co-Counsel.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely on active employment litigation matters while collaborating on high-value contingency cases involving wage and hour disputesexecutive compensation mattersworkplace claims, and other employment-related litigation.

The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, strong analytical and advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Employment Litigation

  • Handle employment litigation matters from case inception through resolution

  • Manage wage and hour disputesemployee classification issuesdiscrimination claimsretaliation claims, and workplace-related litigation

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents

Case Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues

  • Develop litigation strategies and case assessments

  • Evaluate potential claims, defenses, and settlement opportunities

Client Counseling & Legal Advice

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding

employment and labor law matters

  • Communicate case developments and litigation strategies effectively

Legal Documentation

  • Prepare and review legal pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, settlement agreements, and related legal documents

Collaboration & Business Development

  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on complex litigation matters

  • Participate in case planning, legal strategy discussions, and client development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education:

Licensure:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of legal experience (preferred)

  • Significant employment litigation experience (required)

  • Experience handling civil litigation matters independently (required)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong litigation and courtroom advocacy skills

  • Excellent legal researchwriting, and

analytical abilities

  • Strong communication and client counseling skills

  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Ability to work independently in a

remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Labor and Employment Law expertise

  • Wage and Hour Litigation experience

  • Employee Classification Disputes experience

  • Executive Compensation Disputes experience

  • Multi-jurisdiction litigation experience

  • Fluency in UkrainianSurzhyk, or

Spanish
