The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate preparation and dispensing of medications, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role also involves supervising pharmacy technicians, optimizing workflow efficiency, and delivering high-quality patient care through consultation and support.

Key Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations & Compliance
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards
Ensure proper compounding practices in line with applicable guidelines (e.g., sterile and non-sterile compounding standards)
Verify the accuracy, quality, and safety of all pharmaceutical products
Medication Processing & Patient Care
Review and process prescriptions using pharmacy systems
Provide consultation to patients and healthcare providers regarding medications
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and dispensing of medications
Team Leadership & Training
Supervise, train, and support pharmacy technicians
Monitor staff performance and ensure efficient workflow management
Promote a collaborative and productive work environment
Inventory & Workflow Management
Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of supplies
Coordinate workflow to optimize productivity and minimize delays
Documentation & Quality Assurance
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient information
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Licensed Pharmacist (active license in applicable jurisdiction)
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and compounding practices
Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality
