Staff Pharmacist – Long-Term Care (Multiple Shifts Available)

We are seeking dedicated, licensed Pharmacists to join our growing LTC pharmacy team. You will be responsible for verifying medication orders, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and providing vital clinical consultation to healthcare facilities, all while supporting a high-functioning pharmacy operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, dosage, route, and drug interactions.

• Ensure strict compliance with state (TSBP) and federal pharmacy regulations.

• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to healthcare staff.

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

• Active and unrestricted Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) License.

• Strong clinical, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience.
