Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in Trusts, Estates, and Business Law to join a collaborative legal team. The ideal candidate will advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, estate administration, and business-related legal matters while providing high-quality legal services and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Estate Planning & Administration
Counsel clients on estate planning, asset protection, wealth transfer, and estate administration matters
Draft estate planning documents including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and related agreements
Handle sophisticated trust structures, charitable trusts, and multi-generational estate plans
Provide guidance on estate and gift tax matters
Legal Research & Analysis
Research and analyze complex legal and tax issues
Business Law
Prepare and review contracts, corporate filings, and business-related legal documents
Assist with business formations and corporate transactions
Client Relationships & Collaboration
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to meet client objectives
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
3–5 years of experience in Trusts and Estates law
Strong knowledge of estate planning, estate administration, and estate/gift tax laws
Experience drafting complex estate planning documents for high-net-worth individuals
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business formations and corporate transactions
Knowledge of trust and estate administration procedures
Ability to manage multiple client matters effectively
