Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Create and implement strategic sales plans focused on client acquisition and retention
Conduct meetings, presentations, and networking activities with prospective clients
Manage and maintain a consistent pipeline of business opportunities
Collaboration & Alignment
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align business development efforts

Budget & Pipeline Management
Monitor and manage business development budgets and expenses
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development within the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
Proven track record of generating leads and closing business opportunities
Experience working with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal development
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Deltek Vision, Salesforce, or similar tools)
Strong understanding of AEC industry trends and market dynamics
