Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee all operational aspects of a rapidly growing telecommunications and infrastructure organization.
The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling business operations, optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, engineering, construction, or related industries, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives

Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple departments

Establish performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency across the organization
Business Growth & Strategy

Partner with executive leadership to define and implement long-term business strategies

Identify opportunities for expansion, operational optimization, and revenue growth
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Project & Infrastructure Management
- Oversee large-scale infrastructure, engineering, and
deployment projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and
financial planning
- Monitor operational expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities
Process Improvement & Compliance

Implement best practices, policies, and operational procedures

Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Operations Management, or a related field (required)
Experience

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management (required)

Significant executive-level experience within telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, engineering, construction, utilities, or related industries (required)

Proven success leading large teams and managing complex operational environments (required)
