Job Title:  Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Telecommunications & Fiber Infrastructure

Job Type:  Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee all operational aspects of a rapidly growing telecommunications and infrastructure organization.

The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling business operations, optimizing processes, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in telecommunicationsfiber infrastructureengineeringconstruction, or related industries, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations and delivering sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth objectives

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations across multiple departments

  • Establish performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency across the organization

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Partner with executive leadership to define and implement long-term business strategies

  • Identify opportunities for expansion, operational optimization, and revenue growth

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Project & Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee large-scale infrastructureengineering, and

deployment projects

  • Ensure projects are completed on timewithin budget, and in compliance with quality standards

Financial Oversight

  • Collaborate with finance leadership on budgetingforecasting, and

financial planning

  • Monitor operational expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Implement best practices, policies, and operational procedures

  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business AdministrationEngineeringTelecommunicationsOperations Management, or a related field (required)

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management (required)

  • Significant executive-level experience within telecommunicationsfiber infrastructureengineeringconstructionutilities, or related industries (required)

  • Proven success leading large teams and managing complex operational environments (required)

Technical & Leadership Skills

  • Strong operational and strategic planning capabilities

  • Expertise in process optimization and

organizational efficiency

  • Experience managing large budgets and operational resources

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Telecommunications or fiber network deployment operations

  • Infrastructure construction and

engineering project management
