Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage and deliver civil engineering projects from concept through completion

• Prepare and review project documentation including

reports, correspondence, applications, plans, and specifications

Design & Technical Oversight

• Lead design efforts for municipal infrastructure, water resources, and land/site development projects

• Work on road design, grading, stormwater management, and

utility systems

• Ensure compliance with applicable

codes, standards, and permitting requirements

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies

• Participate in plan reviews and submission processes

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Client & Business Development

• Support client engagement and

business development activities

Required Qualifications

Education

Licensure

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in

civil engineering

• Strong experience in municipal engineering, water resources, and

site development

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Knowledge of

local/state codes, regulations, and permitting processes
