Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
-
Manage and deliver civil engineering projects from concept through completion

Prepare and review project documentation including
reports, correspondence, applications, plans, and specifications
Design & Technical Oversight

Lead design efforts for municipal infrastructure, water resources, and land/site development projects

Work on road design, grading, stormwater management, and
utility systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable
codes, standards, and permitting requirements
Coordination & Compliance

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies

Participate in plan reviews and submission processes
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Client & Business Development
- Support client engagement and
business development activities
Required Qualifications
Education
Licensure
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in
civil engineering
- Strong experience in municipal engineering, water resources, and
site development
Technical Skills
