The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts within engineering and manufacturing environments. This role focuses on building long-term client partnerships, understanding technical requirements, and ensuring seamless project execution from initial inquiry through production. The position requires a combination of relationship management, technical understanding, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients across multiple industries
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and requirements
Build long-term, trust-based partnerships to support client retention and growth
Account Growth & Business Development
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
Support account expansion by aligning services with client needs
Drive customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Project Coordination & Execution
Ensure smooth execution of projects from initial request/quotation to final delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines, quality, and cost expectations
Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues
Technical Understanding
Interpret technical requirements, including drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs)
Understand products and processes related to electrical systems, assemblies, or manufacturing solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure delivery excellence
Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
3–8+ years of experience in client or account management within engineering or manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of technical products or systems (e.g., electrical assemblies, components, or similar)
Experience working with industrial clients such as OEMs or large-scale manufacturers
Ability to interpret technical documentation and project requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
