Job Title:  Immigration Paralegal – Employment-Based Visas & PERM Labor Certification

Full-Time | Hybrid

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys in handling a broad range of employment-based immigration matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing both immigrant and non-immigrant visa cases, with particular expertise in PERM labor certification processes.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications

  • Independently manage PERM labor certification cases from prevailing wage determination through filing, certification, and audit response

  • Assist attorneys with non-immigrant and

immigrant visa matters

  • Draft legal forms, support letters, petitions, and client correspondence

  • Collect, review, and organize supporting documentation from clients and employers

  • Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with filing deadlines

  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files

  • Communicate with clients regarding case status, documentation requirements, and immigration processes

  • Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) , audits, and other government inquiries

  • Utilize immigration case management systems to maintain case records and workflow

  • Conduct legal and factual research related to immigration matters

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. immigration law, preferably employment-based immigration (required)

  • Hands-on experience preparing and filing employment-based immigration petitions (required)

Legal Knowledge:

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and

accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management software (required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling E-2L-1H-1BEB-1EB-2EB-3, and Adjustment of Status (AOS) cases

  • Experience responding to RFEsaudits, and other government requests

  • Corporate or

business immigration experience

Education

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal StudiesLegal Studies, or a related field; OR

  • Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution; OR
