Job Title:  Litigation Paralegal – Civil Litigation & Trial Support

Full-Time | On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.

The ideal candidate will have experience preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, managing case files, and assisting with court filings. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case initiation through resolution

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, discovery requests, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review

• Organize, maintain, and update physical and electronic

case files

• Coordinate and track court filings, deadlines, hearings, and case-related activities

• Review legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court requirements

• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production

• Communicate with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and preparation of trial materials

• Maintain case management databases and ensure timely updates to case records

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; OR

Experience:

Legal Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal documentation (required)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently

• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and

confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in litigation law

• Experience supporting

high-volume caseloads

• Familiarity with electronic court filing systems (e-Filing)

• Experience with document review and

discovery management

Education

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field (required); OR

Work Environment

• Setting:  Civil litigation law practice

• Schedule:  Full-Time, On-Site

• Support:  Work alongside attorneys, legal assistants, and legal staff
