Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Manager (Infusion Services)
Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner Manager provides clinical and operational leadership across multiple ambulatory infusion clinics.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining efficient clinic operations.
The position requires a balance of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to oversee workflows, compliance, and performance across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership

Provide clinical oversight in collaboration with medical leadership, including case reviews, care planning, and addressing escalated patient concerns.

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and prioritize patient safety at all times.

Review and approve patient documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Team Leadership & Development

Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses and clinical support staff.

Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.

Conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and regular team check-ins.
Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of multiple clinic locations, ensuring smooth workflows and quality patient care.

Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.

Monitor key performance metrics such as patient outcomes, satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

Implement strategies to improve clinic performance and service delivery.
Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

Support quality improvement initiatives and audit processes.

Participate in regulatory inspections and accreditation activities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage complex clinical and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in clinical procedures, including IV therapy, central line care, and infection control.

Knowledge of infusion medications, biologics, and patient monitoring.

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and general computer applications.
Education & Experience:

Master’s degree in nursing (Nurse Practitioner) from an accredited program.

Active Nurse Practitioner license.

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in infusion therapy or a related field.

Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
