Job Title: Paralegal
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal operations by assisting attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, maintaining case files, and ensuring deadlines are met
while providing effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, draft, and review legal documents and correspondence

Conduct legal research to support case preparation

Organize and maintain case files and legal records

Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and
meetings

File legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with deadlines

Communicate with clients, attorneys, and external parties as needed

Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (preferred)

Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is preferred

Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures

Proficiency in legal research and
document preparation

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

Paralegal certification (if applicable)

Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
