We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a legal team in managing plaintiff-side cases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling personal injury matters from initial intake through resolution, including both pre-litigation and litigation stages. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Pre-Litigation Support
Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing client communication
Request and review medical records and billing information
Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations
Litigation Support
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and subpoenas
Assist with trial preparation and manage case deadlines
Coordinate with courts, medical experts, and opposing counsel
Administrative & Communication
Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and service providers
Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on all case-related activities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
4–5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
Strong knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation procedures
Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
Experience with legal case management software (e.g., SmartAdvocate or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Notary Public certification
Trial preparation or trial support experience
