Job Title:  Senior Project Manager – Architecture

Employment Type:  Full-time

Salary Range:  120,000–120,000–140,000 per year

Work Mode:  In-person / Collaborative Team Setting

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing architectural projects from initial concept through construction and final completion.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including design, documentation, and construction

  • Develop and manage project scope, budgets, and schedules

  • Monitor project progress and identify risks or scope changes

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Team Leadership

  • Lead and supervise project teams (up to 6 members)

  • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance

  • Mentor and support team development

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and external stakeholders

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government agencies

  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and project interviews

Technical & Documentation

  • Lead the preparation of

design documents, drawings, and specifications

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements

  • Review construction documents for quality and accuracy

  • Prepare and manage

RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and reports

  • Oversee construction administration and

project closeout processes

Business Development

  • Support proposal writing and marketing efforts

  • Participate in project interviews and presentations

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure projects meet

contractual, financial, and quality expectations

  • Improve internal processes and workflows where needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design integrity and standards

Qualifications

Education

Experience

  • 7–8+ years of architectural project experience

  • 5–8+ years coordinating with regulatory/government agencies

Technical Skills – Proficiency In

  • Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools

Technical Skills – Experience With

  • Construction documentation

  • Budgeting and cost estimation

Licensure
