Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhaul activities on aircraft systems and components.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in airframe, powerplant, and avionics maintenance while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
This role requires a hands-on professional with excellent mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining aircraft safety, reliability, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance & Inspection
-
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft airframes, engines, avionics, and related systems

Conduct routine inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer maintenance manuals
-
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues using technical documentation, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques
-
Perform aircraft component removal, installation, assembly, and disassembly activities
-
Execute preventative maintenance and
corrective repair procedures
Troubleshooting & Repair
-
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve system malfunctions
-
Troubleshoot electrical systems using multimeters, ammeters, and other diagnostic equipment
-
Repair and fabricate aircraft components using sheet metal, soldering, and mechanical repair techniques
Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation
-
Update maintenance activities within Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
-
Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, company procedures, and industry standards
Workplace & Safety
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Safely handle aircraft components, tools, and equipment, including heavy lifting when required

Strong knowledge of aircraft systems including:

Experience reading and interpreting:

- Maintenance Manuals
- Engineering Documentation

Experience troubleshooting mechanical and
electrical systems
Tools & Equipment:
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and
precision measuring equipment
Additional Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background screening and
drug testing
Preferred Qualifications

Previous military aviation maintenance experience

Experience within aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments

Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance tracking systems

Experience with CAD software such as
CATIA

Passport for potential work-related travel
