We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative hospital-based anesthesia team in Salida, Colorado.
The provider will deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across operating rooms, pain management, endoscopy, and labor & delivery while supporting a patient-centered rural healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Anesthesia Services:
-
Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care across multiple hospital departments
-
Provide anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, endoscopic, and pain management procedures
-
Conduct preoperative patient evaluations and risk assessments
-
Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed
Trauma & Emergency Coverage:
- Participate in trauma call coverage at a Level IV Trauma Center
Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Support a
patient-centered rural healthcare environment
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
Qualifications
Certification:
Licensure:
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure (required)
Experience:
- Experience or interest in rural healthcare or community healthcare (preferred)
Skills:

Strong clinical judgment and decision-making

Ability to work independently in a rural setting
