We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for multifamily or large-scale construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage onsite teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Onsite Management
-
Oversee all on-site construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment coordination
-
Lead and manage field teams, including foremen, subcontractors, and labor personnel
-
Develop and maintain project schedules, including short-term and long-term planning
-
Ensure projects are completed
on time and within budget
Safety & Compliance
-
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA)

Conduct
site inspections, safety meetings, and audits
Quality Control
- Ensure all work meets
quality standards, design specifications, and building codes
Logistics & Coordination
- Coordinate
procurement, material delivery, and logistics
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Problem-Solving & Documentation

Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and conflicts

Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspections and progress reports
Required Qualifications
Education
Experience
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role

Proven experience managing field operations for multifamily or large-scale construction projects
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of
construction methods, processes, and building codes
- Ability to
read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
