Job Title:  Estimator – Commercial Construction | Bidding & Cost Analysis

Full-Time | On-Site

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support commercial construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the pre-construction process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong estimating skills, construction industry knowledge, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, architectural drawings, plans, and bid documents

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and material take-offs for commercial construction projects

• Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids

• Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, building owners, project managers, and sales teams throughout the estimating process

• Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, pricing, schedules, and bid information

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of project bids

• Monitor market pricing, material availability, and

industry trends

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support future business opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Estimating, Project Management, or related field

• Experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall systems, storefront systems, or

exterior building envelope construction
