Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene and mobility
Monitor and document patient conditions, progress, and treatment responses
Care Coordination
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
Ensure continuity and quality of care for all patients
Safety & Compliance
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Follow all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and standards
Support & Supervision
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Supervise and guide nursing assistants or support staff
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification/license
Strong knowledge of patient care and nursing practices
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
