Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with a focus on hand and upper-extremity rehabilitation to join a dynamic outpatient clinical team. Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) are strongly preferred, but candidates actively pursuing certification will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Evaluations & Treatment
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations with a focus on upper-extremity function
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
Deliver hands-on therapy interventions aligned with patient goals and physician referrals
Splinting & Adaptive Equipment
Fabricate splints and provide training on adaptive equipment when needed
Educate patients on home exercise programs and functional strategies
Documentation & Progress Monitoring
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Collaboration & Team Support
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Support and guide therapy assistants and support staff
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensure
Active or eligible state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or hand therapy
Certification
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred
Candidates pursuing CHT certification will be considered
