Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall function. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injuries and active individuals seeking performance enhancement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in movement-based therapy, functional rehabilitation, and hands-on treatment techniques, with a passion for delivering personalized, results-driven care.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings

Provide hands-on therapy and manual treatment techniques

Design and implement exercise programs focused on rehabilitation and performance improvement

Conduct movement assessments and biomechanical analysis

Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
Required Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist
Preferred Experience

1+ year of experience in an outpatient, orthopedic, or sports rehabilitation setting (new graduates with relevant training may be considered)

Experience working with active individuals or athletes
