Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehabilitation

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Work Mode: On-site / Outpatient Clinical Setting

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering effective rehabilitation services to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function. This role involves working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to support recovery and promote long-term health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Treatment

Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination

Rehabilitation & Patient Care

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Support patients in achieving rehabilitation and recovery goals

Patient Education

Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and overall health management

Provide guidance on exercises and lifestyle modifications to support recovery

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Participate in team discussions and contribute to treatment planning

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Valid Physical Therapist license (active and in good standing)

Knowledge of outpatient physical therapy practices and general medical principles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
