Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Duties
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
Monitor patient health, identify medical or behavioral changes, and take appropriate action
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Care Planning & Coordination
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure delivery of preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services
Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Report patient status, changes, and care updates to appropriate stakeholders
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide nursing assistants and support staff
Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring quality patient care
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (active and in good standing)
Degree or diploma in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
Strong understanding of clinical practices and patient care standards
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in patient care or senior care settings
