We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a growing tax practice in a hybrid work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tax Compliance & Preparation
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including:
Corporate tax returns (C-corp, S-corp)
Partnership and LLC tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120)
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
Tax Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies
Identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation
Advise clients on complex tax matters and regulatory changes
Leadership & Team Management
Oversee, mentor, and train junior tax staff
Review work for quality, technical accuracy, and compliance
Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
Client & Firm Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to firm growth and operational excellence
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in tax, preferably within a public accounting firm
Strong expertise in corporate, partnership, and LLC taxation
Proven experience in tax planning and strategy development
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and train staff
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
PREFERRED :
CPA certification (required for senior-level consideration in most cases)

Salary range: $125,000 – $180,000 per year (based on experience)
